天冷嘿咻太興奮　壯男猝死

1名30歲的男子過去身體無異狀，日前天氣寒冷，和女友晚上嘿咻時到一半，卻因為過度興奮昏迷送醫，檢查發現他「腦動脈瘤破裂」造成瀰漫性「蜘蛛網膜下腔出血」，搶救不治身亡。醫師提醒，天氣寒冷，血管容易收縮，熬夜、過勞和壓力都容易導致腦中風。

新光醫院神經內科加護病房主任連立民指出，除該名男性外，也曾碰到48歲男性看A片過於興奮腦中風，有有40多歲的女性因工作過於勞累而動脈瘤破裂。

動脈瘤如同不定時炸彈，沒有症狀，好發年紀在40-60歲，1.3%會破裂，導致蜘蛛膜下腔出血後，死亡率高達3成。
