《Cheers》雜誌今天公佈「2013年3000大企業最愛大學生」調查，台灣大學重回王座，去年奪冠的成功大學則回到第二。其他依序為，交通、清華、政治、台科大、淡江、北科大、中山、中央。

調查8項指標中，有5項指標居冠，3項（抗壓性、學習力、團隊）由成大奪冠，其中台大的學生抗壓性排名第4，成大、淡江、交大排前3。

有血統偏好的4成企業中，科技業偏愛清、交大；製造業、服務業愛成大；金融業愛政大。

此項調查是近2個月針對3000大企業人資主管問卷，回收646份；由8指標組成：學習意願強、抗壓性與穩定度、專業知識、團隊合作、解決問題能力、國際觀、創新能力、融會貫通能力。
