2百元以下免退爭議　親民黨將提案修法

針對退稅問題，親民黨今天上午召開記者會，立委李桐豪說，財政部是依稅捐稽徵法，函令「3百元以下免徵、2百元以下免退」，但財政部又在2年後，要求各財稅局，「若納稅義務人申請退還稅款，應儘速辦理」，這是自相矛盾、朝令夕改，且若小額稅款要退，3百元以下又免徵，是租稅不公平。
 
李桐豪說，親民黨將提案修法，若有小額稅額要補繳或要退稅，可併明年辦理；至於適用的範圍，還要再討論。
 
財政部與會官員說，小額稅不主動退，是考量民眾交通、時間成本，且退稅每件，不計人力成本，就要60幾元，但現在民眾有疑慮，財政部已在檢討如何辦理。
