控日「鴨霸毀船」　保釣團體求償

保釣團體今早到日本交流協會外抗議表示，今年1月24日，我國漁船「全家福號」到中華民國擁有的釣魚台主權，卻遭日本海上保安廳用水柱攻擊，導致船身嚴重受損，修繕費用要數百萬元，要求日本政府賠償。

世界華人保釣聯盟會長黃錫麟嗆總統馬英九日前對釣魚台不與中國聯手的的說法，是講給日本人和美國人聽的，「當初去保釣，我們海巡署也有派船，但是日本還不是照樣噴水，等到中國海監船出現，對方才停手，這代表什麼，大家都知道。」黃也嗆說台日漁業談判沒什麼好談，日本根本不會跟你碰主權，你怎麼去談漁權。保釣團體接著前往外交部遞交陳情書，請求外交部協助求償。
