手掌關節卡卡　竟是玻璃殘留30年

康寧醫院今天召開記者會表示，一位55歲的男性患者黃先生，去年7月因為車禍意外，右手掌不僅擦傷破皮，還掀起一塊約2公分平方的皮肉，送到康寧醫院急診治療。
 
經消毒後進行清創處理及傷口縫合，因患者表示手掌關節「卡卡」，懷疑可能骨折而照射X光，竟發現右手掌心有一塊異物，緊急會診一般外科處理，經開刀取出一塊長約2公分的玻璃，可能是30年前受傷造成。
 
陳冠合醫師提醒，人體留有異物並不是件好事，也許短時間對身體沒有明顯的影響，但長期異物在體內，除了容易引起發炎反應外，嚴重可能會造成蜂窩性組織炎及敗血症，甚至喪命，民眾千萬別掉以輕心！
