惹居民抗議　福義軒暫停賣招牌蛋捲

福義軒家庭號手工蛋捲長期引來爭購人潮，當地居民質疑為亂源，原訂今天上午7時發動抗爭，福義軒業者昨晚貼出緊急公告，暫停販售家庭號手工蛋捲，希望減少衝擊；居民們見今日沒有排隊長龍，也取消抗議活動。
 
今天福義軒雖暫停販售手工蛋捲，但仍有民眾爭購其他餅乾類產品。有專程從台北到嘉義玩的民眾聽到沒蛋捲可買，大呼可惜。
 
業者透過里長蔡坤龍向媒體表示，他知道排隊人潮長期造成當地居民困擾，在還沒找到配套措施時，將無限期停賣家庭號手工蛋捲。以家庭號手工蛋捲一包135元，每天限量4千包，一天約損失54萬元營業額。
