窩窩頭、槓子頭　百攤年貨大街飄眷村味

台南市眷村年貨大街邁入第11屆，今天在台南市立棒球場旁登場，臘肉、香腸等各種醃製肉品，開發出麻辣、豆腐、胡椒、咖哩、酒釀等風味，年貨大街今年搭配眷村文物一起展出，規模達到百攤。

台南市附近軍眷村深具口碑的美食點心，共襄盛舉，各式麵點如山東大餅、新疆餅、窩窩頭、烤饅頭、葱大餅、槓子頭、麵疙瘩、貓耳朵等，小菜如涼拌、醃製泡菜、豆干絲等琳瑯滿目。

台南市南區空軍眷村水交社曾面臨老舊眷村拆除，當地的里長發起「老鄰居向老眷村道別」活動，秀出自己拿手、私房眷村美食點心，因此延續眷村特殊的飲食文化。
