不滿績效獎金被砍　5萬名國公營員工怒吼

中油、台電等國營企業員工不滿年終績效獎金，從最高2.6個月被砍到1.2個月，今天號召各國企員工上街頭遊行抗議，台銀、土銀、北捷等員工也紛紛響應，人數約5萬人，在總統府前凱達格蘭大道上聚集怒吼。

台銀員員指他們公股銀行績效好，不設限可領7、8個月，現在還從2.6個月壓至1.2個月，相當不公平。台糖理事長林裕發則提出「公營黨」，指爭政黨席立委，進立院為國營員工發聲，成員除國營員工、還有軍公教與退休軍公教人員等。
