氣象局持續發布大雨特報，請外出民眾多加注意。

受到東北季風影響，昨晚至今天宜蘭東澳嶺已有大豪雨發生，今天宜蘭地區仍有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，基隆北海岸、台北市山區及新北市山區亦有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意瞬間大雨及強陣風，山區請慎防坍方及落石。
