下午北返車潮湧現　往宜蘭車多

國道高速公路局預估，今天年初四出遊和北返車潮都將湧現，而北返車潮將在下午開始，全天累計將有280萬輛次會上國道，今、明兩天都將祭出北上路段高乘載管制、部分路段封閉入口匝道。

另外國道五號往宜蘭方向，今天上午仍有許多出遊車潮，車速約60公里，車況大致良好。
