交通部公路總局今天說，因施工需要，蘇花公路115.8公里處（宜蘭東澳段）從2月19日至5月31日，實施單線雙向管制通行。
 
「中央社」報導，蘇花公路115.8公里處（宜蘭東澳段）附近去年12月14日因連日大雨，發生路基被淘空；公路總局第四區養護工程處經過近40天的第1與第2階段搶修後，在1月30日暫時恢復雙線正常通車，提供春節大量運輸需求。
 
養護工程處下午表示，為徹底解決災害段道路的上下邊坡穩定保固，2月19日上午8時起至5月31日止，將進行第3階段補強作業，施工期間實施全天候單線雙向號誌管制通行，屆時施工區段速限每小時25公里；大型客貨車通行時，前後需保持50公尺安全車距，請用路人配合。
