基隆雙北山區　今明防大雨坍方

中央氣象局今晚9時45分發佈大雨特報，因東北季風影響，今（19）日晚至明（20）日，基隆北海岸、臺北市山區及新北市山區，有局部大雨性發生的機率，山區請慎防坍方及落石。
