「大環境不景氣」 年後轉職略降溫

根據yes123求職網調查，年後(農曆年)想轉職、跳槽的上班族有78.8%；比起去(101)年同期的84.1%，有稍微降溫情況。
 
調查中還發現，年後想轉職、跳槽的上班族中，以想換工作、卻還在尋覓的族群77.4%最高，只有5.3%已找好工作，其餘則是雖然想動，卻不會換工作。
 
yes123求職網發言人黃玉齡說，上班族想跳槽的意願可能仍高，但在行動力上並不積極；而大環境不景氣，也讓轉職變得無法隨心所欲。
