金門長期軍占民地　監委促7月底歸零

為了解決金門土地長期被軍方占用的民怨，監委劉玉山今天邀集政院外交國防法務處長邱昌嶽、國防部軍備局主任邴建辰、地政司長蕭輔導等官員到院會商。
 
劉指出，金門戰地政務於1992年間終止，至今已20餘年，國防部所屬單位，卻仍持續無權占用高達1545筆、約82公頃土地，實在不負責任，他在會中要求國防部，於今年7月底前，將占用民地全數歸零。
 
其中，對於仍有運用計畫的596筆面積約39公頃，應在今年度編足預算一次取得；對於無運用計畫的949筆面積約43 公頃，則應一律發還地主，不容再誤。
