「萬安36號」演習預　2-5月實施

國防部軍事發言人羅紹和今天表示，2013年全民防衛動員「萬安36號」演習，將於2至5月間，結合「行政院災害防救演習」，由直轄市、縣（市）政府主導，區分「兵棋推演」、「綜合實作」及「全民防空」三階段實施。
 
鑑於重大複合式災害已非單一縣、市政府或部門所能應處，且「離災、避災」政策正確，成效斐然，本年度萬安36號演習，置重點於跨區支援、鄉民撤離、疏散與收容安置作業，驗證直轄市、縣（市）級三會報機制運作效能，演練動員、民防、緊急醫療、傳染病防治及災害救援等具體作為。
