今起開放換新鈔　紅色喜氣百元最夯

今起銀行、郵局等全台457處提供換新鈔，不少民眾今天一早就前往排隊換錢，現場以100元的紅色鈔最受歡迎。

今起包括台銀、土銀、合庫、第一銀、華銀、彰銀、台企銀及郵局臨櫃都可兌換新鈔，全台可兌換新鈔據點共457處，但討喜的紅色百元新鈔，每人限兌100張，上限萬元。若民眾無法在銀行上班時間換新鈔，也可利用ATM提領現鈔，目前多數ATM都已放入新鈔，方便民眾領取。
