突擊年貨大街　未查獲違法用外勞者

為防止商家只顧打拼賺錢而忘記法令規定，北市勞動力重建運用處上月28日派員至迪化商圈年貨大街，查察是否有非法外國人在年貨大街內工作，並向商家逐戶宣導相關法令，籲請僱主們不可聘僱身分不明外國人從事工作，也請僱主查核所聘僱外國人之身分證明文件，以確定外國人具有合法工作資格，但現場未發現逃逸外勞從事工作之情事。

依據就業服務法第44條之規定，任何人不得非法容留外國人從事工作，違反者處15萬元以上75萬元以下罰鍰。
