《甄嬛》紅花害不孕　善用可解痛經

清宮劇《後宮甄嬛傳》中，嬪妃鬥爭用「紅花」下藥，導致流產不孕，但「紅花」若審慎使用其實可緩解女性痛經。中醫師陳旺全今舉辦新書發表會，他指「紅花」有活血化瘀療效，對於因血瘀導致痛經者，可將紅花煎煮去渣後，放入紅糖拌勻，早晚各1次，連服7天，緩解痛經。

另冬季天冷感冒患者多，但有人一開始咳嗽，立即燉了好幾碗東洋參湯喝，但喉嚨卻「縮住了」，咳也咳不出，講話也講不出聲音來。中醫師指出，感冒初期不應服用東洋參、八仙果或羅漢果及喉糖，因中藥材屬性不同，易讓氣血阻滯，建議感冒時，仍應先就醫治療，切忌自行服用中藥。
