麥當勞外送專線移中國　「喂喂喂」浪費錢

國內速食龍頭麥當勞外送專線「歡樂送四○─六六六八八八」，本周起外包由香港公司負責，接線中心移至中國，不少網友反映和接線生雞同鴨講，光確認地址就要老半天，也聽不懂台語，「一直喂喂喂喂，是要浪費顧客多少電話費？」

網友點餐點到發怒，質疑麥當勞為省成本和工資，未顧慮服務品質。《蘋果》記者昨試撥麥當勞外送專線，大陸口音女子問消費者姓氏，記者以台語回說姓「陳」，客服重複說是「登」嗎？雙方雞同鴨講無法溝通，客服最後說：「麻煩會講中文的人來點」。業者回應，民眾有問題可投訴，會盡量改善。
