補發40次身分證創紀錄　內政部推線上無休掛失服務

內政部統計，去年國民身分證掛失總案件量為43萬8063件，平均每天有近1200件掛失量；其中有人7年來就補發40次，創下補發最多的紀錄。
 
內政部表示，為方便民眾辦理身分證掛失，自元月4日起，已推出24小時全年無休的「1996內政服務熱線」，民眾隨時都可辦理掛失，春節期間也可提供一般性內政諮詢服務。
 
內政部統計，前年國民身分證掛失總案件量為43萬2152件，去年增加為43萬8063件，平均一天有近1200件掛失案件。
