小三通人口多　警年節防範治安

年節將屆，金門小三通陸續湧現人潮，金門縣警局宣導防搶，加上去年發生青天白日勳章遭竊，嫌犯得手後隨即搭乘小三通船班離開，也是治安單位防範的重點事項。

警方今天集縣內金融機構、當舖、銀樓業者宣導防搶觀念，刑警大隊長洪俊義說，「危險總來自於安逸」，雖金門治安一向良好，但不能保證搶案不會發生，又因出入金門人口日趨複雜，增加警方預警與查察的難度。

據統計資料，金門戶籍人口達11萬3000人，但常住人口僅約一半，每年上百萬出入人口均為過境客。
