天價「屋王」透天厝　每坪319.9萬

內政部今天公布最新一波實價登錄資訊，每坪單價最高的「屋王」，落在台北市中山北路一段一棟3層樓的透天厝，該屋建坪約41坪，以1.32億元成交，換算單價每坪高達319.9萬元。
 
《聯合晚報》報導，房仲業者分析，該棟透天應該是著眼於都更改建，以土地價格每坪約590萬來看，約和當地行情相當。
 
另外，內政部也首度公布一些特殊交易資訊，台北市北投區大度路三段有一間公寓，註明是親友交易，每坪成交6.8萬元，是目前台北市每坪單價最便宜的房子。
