安全驗證若未過　普悠瑪退票免手續費

普悠瑪號本周能否上線營運的安全認證，明天報告出爐，認證若未過關，已買票的民眾辦理退票時，免繳1成手續費，相關班次改由自強號上陣。

台鐵委託第3獨立驗證與認證（Independent Verification And Validation Facility，IV&V）單位，對普悠瑪號做安全認證；原預定春節期間，普悠瑪號開出的56個班次，待新車改善缺失後再上路。
