甩肉20公斤　陳文茜：靠意志力和人生一樣

今天下午媒體人陳文茜在台北國際書展舉辦「文茜的房間-《微觜刻痕》新書分享會」，藝人盧廣仲到場站台還獻唱新歌，陳文茜當場認了盧廣仲當乾兒子，這也是盧廣仲入伍前的最後一場公開活動。

陳文茜認盧廣仲當乾兒子，現場還發壓歲錢給他，但她將紅包放在他腳丫上，要求盧廣仲彎腰拿紅包。而甩肉20公斤的陳文茜也談到自己減重的心路歷程，她說「減胖要靠意志力，不能靠外力，什麼人都不可以靠，和人生的邏輯一樣」。
