吃火鍋一氧化碳中毒　環保局消防局互踢皮球

上月北市南京東路知名餐廳發生11人吃木炭火鍋一氧化碳中毒事件，其中2人蔡豐隆夫婦今由議員陳建銘陪同說明經過。蔡指當時餐廳沒開窗，太太上吐下瀉失禁至今還需治療，老闆卻未道歉或談賠償。

陳說2009、2010年北市各3起一氧化碳中毒，前年6件、去年3件，今年3起，坊間許多火鍋店與燒肉店通風不良或無足夠抽風設備卻無法可罰，有關單位應輔導店家裝偵測器，加強管控室內空氣品質。

環保局說環保署訂室內空氣品質管理法，首波鎖定捷運、賣場、醫院，餐廳未納入，會反映中央要求列管，但一氧化碳中毒是短時間產生，屬公安範圍，消防局應要求店家加裝列管檢查。消防局說偵測器不屬消防檢查項目，應由室內空氣品質規範，屬環保局業務。兩單位互踢皮球。
