招生難！東海世新教師　停發寒暑假鐘點費

私立大學因招生困難，爆發「減薪潮」，根據《聯合報》報導，包括新竹大華科大，教師前年起薪水打9折、去年降8折，今年寒假後，將砍到7折；屏東永達科大，今年已第3年停發年終獎金；新北市景文科大、台南市崑山科大的對策，則是將教師年終獎金和評鑑績效掛勾；景文科大從去年8月開始，規定教授的「產學合作」要達標準，否則研究費打8折。
 
新北市真理大學，教師今年年終獎金打7折，且要等過完年、開學後，學生繳了學費，才發年終獎金。
 
此外，不少私校因福利待遇不如公立大學，過去每年寒暑假仍發給教師鐘點費來補貼，但世新、東海等私立大學，這2年寒暑假都不再發鐘點費，教師每月收入約少5千多元。
