2343公斤進口螃蟹　致癌重金屬鎘超標

食藥局今天公布，進口食品最新邊境查驗結果，包括美國黃金蟹、越南活蟳和斯里蘭卡冷凍花蟹等3批進口螃蟹，均被檢出重金屬鎘含量超標1.8-8.6倍（標準0.5ppm）。
 
其中，以斯里蘭卡冷凍花蟹的鎘含量4.3ppm、超標8.6倍最多，3批進口螃蟹總重2343公斤，依規定退運、銷毀，未流入市面。
 
醫師表示，重金屬鎘被世界衛生組織列為一級致癌物，攝取過量或長期曝露其中，恐致肺癌、前列腺癌、骨病變，甚至腎病變，且鎘需30年才能完全代謝，有生殖毒性，會造成男性精子減少，螃蟹中的蟹黃，鎘含量最高。
