東北季風發威　北基宜嚴防大雨

中央氣象局表示，由於受到東北季風影響，今天傍晚至明天基隆北海岸、宜蘭、新北市地區及台北市山區有局部大雨發生的機率，提醒民眾注意瞬間大雨及強陣風，山區請慎防坍方及土石流。
