200元以下不退稅　「政府A老百姓的錢」

民眾抱怨，每年按時繳稅，但國稅局退稅時卻以人力不足，綜所稅200元、地方稅100元以下不退，「行為不合理」。

《聯合報》報導，小額退稅若納稅人未主動提出書面申請，就全進國庫。以100年度綜所稅申報為例，有近395萬元的小額退稅「充公」。立委黃偉哲認為，國稅局以「人力不足」為藉口太可笑，此舉是在A納稅人的錢，勞工爭取工資調漲1顆茶葉蛋8元的錢，政府都不肯，退稅時卻有一堆理由，「不退沒道理」。
