染接吻病臉發白送醫　男友自責是禍首

1名妙齡女子日前腹部疼痛，服用感冒藥未癒，隔天臉發白送急診，醫師檢查發現女子肝脾腫大，肝指數比正常高20倍，感染俗稱「接吻病毒」的「單核球過多症」。女子男友為此自責不已，擔心是自己害女友生病。

收治該病例的台中慈濟醫院感染科廖偉志醫師表示，女子當時肝指數高達900多，全身起疹子，就醫後已改善。廖偉志說，該病毒透過唾液感染，8成兒童都曾染病，大多人靠自身免疫力就能康復，但若發燒超過1周，且有喉嚨疼痛、淋巴腺腫大等症狀，最好就醫抽血檢查。
