東北季風影響　明強陣風最大10級

中央氣象局報告，因受強烈東北季風影響，明（19日）晨起至20日，臺灣沿海空曠地區、基隆北海岸、恆春半島、蘭嶼、綠島、澎湖、金門及馬祖地區，將有8至10級強陣風出現，請注意。
