台灣微軟表示，去年6月到今年1月，購買Windows 7可以新台幣439元優惠價升級到Windows 8，但即將於28日截止，民眾別錯失時機。
 
「中央社」台灣微軟說，只在2012年6月2日到2013年1月31日，購買符合資格的全新Windows 7電腦，都可在優惠升級網站註冊，收到確認信與促銷代碼後，就能以439元取得Windows 8專業版，順利升級。
 
Windows 7都有內建「Windows輕鬆傳輸」功能，可以協助快速打包各種個人的設定值，像是「我的最愛」、「桌布」、「音效」、「字型」，也可以直接把想要備份的檔案，打包成一個「輕鬆傳輸檔」，在備份或是重灌後的檔案搬移時，就非常方便簡單，讓升級更輕鬆。
