明火表演需申請　違規最高罰15萬元

巴西1家夜店今天在演出煙火秀時引發火警，傳出造成至少200人葬身火窟；台中市阿拉夜店，也於2011年3月間，因使用明火表演，結果不慎造成9死12傷慘劇，《消防法》在同年5月即修正公布，根據第14條之1規定，供公眾使用建築物及中央主管機關公告的場所，未經申請許可，不得進行明火表演，違者處新台幣3萬元以上、15萬元以下罰鍰，並得按次處罰。
 
「中央社」報導，台北市消防局指出，如需使用明火表演，應於活動5天前申請許可，將依「公共場所火焰及火把表演防火管理指導綱領」要求業者提具書面計畫，於活動前、中、後加強防火管理措施，在嚴格的把關下限制使用明火表演的範圍，避免不慎造成火災。
