圓賣麵線糊的夢　獨眼婦發憤考證照

彰化一名49歲的李姓女子，幼年時右眼被破碗傷到，僅剩左眼一眼的視力，她因家中經濟困頓，到救國團學烹飪，今天並到達德商工考社會組中餐丙級證照，希望考得證照後，以後能賣麵線糊，來改善家中經濟狀況。

李女國中畢業後到工廠擔任會計，直到4年前工廠歇業，她跟著失業，又因婆婆生病，全心照顧婆婆，結果出車禍左手受傷，經休養後，她因想改善加計，在犯罪被害人保護協會幫助下，學烹飪想圓賣麵線糊的夢。
