幼兒2.5萬扣除額　今年可申報

政府為減輕家有5歲以下幼兒者的負擔，自2012年1月1日起，納稅義務人育有5歲以下子女（即2007年1月1日以後出生者），今年5月份申報去年度綜合所得稅時，可享有每人每年2萬5000元的幼兒學前特別扣除額。
 
國稅局表示，納稅義務人5歲以下之子女，每人每年可扣除2萬5000元，但設有排富條款，共分成2類；其中，若減除該項特別扣除額後，納稅義務人全年綜合所得稅適用稅率在20%以上，或依《所得稅法》第15條第2項規定計算之稅額適用稅率在20%以上，也就是綜合所得淨額113萬0001元以上就不適用。。
 
另外，若納稅義務人依《所得基本稅額條例》第12條規定計算之基本所得額超過600萬元，也不適用。
