調查：員工提離職　6成不與老闆溝通

104人力銀行今天公布「員工離職徵兆調查」，針對1304名上班族網路問卷調查發現，若員工有意離職會有哪些徵兆，有56%會上人力銀行找工作，50%會開始收拾自己用品打包回家，44%的上班族工作熱情降低。

調查指出，59%的受訪者一旦萌生辭意「不會與老闆溝通」，其中37%認為多說無益，老闆不會改變作為；22%認為純屬個人問題，另外有20%的受訪者會直接挑明與老闆共同解決。
