信心指數6指標全升　「2013是台灣好年」

中央大學公布元月消費者信心指數72.82點，比上月上升1.76點，連4個月下降後止跌回升。6指標全上升，上次全上升是2年前的一月，上升最大是未來半年投資股票時機，其次是未來半年家庭經濟狀況。

學者表示今年經濟成長率3~4%應可樂觀看待。兩岸四地中台灣相對物價穩定，房地產便宜，熱錢鍾愛股票，這2年是買台（房產、股票、物價）最好時機，2013年對台灣是好年，但千萬不要再油電雙漲，台灣未來會往榮景走的機會較高。

有學者形容目前經濟情勢是「在黑暗隧道中看到一線曙光」。研判證所稅方向明朗化，今年股市會反轉。今年失業率朝坐四望三變動，是略帶通膨漲型的復甦，較多關注焦點在物價，失業率會改善。
