國防部新招防搶退　新職滿3年才可月退

為防止軍人搶退，國防部今天表示，提出「防搶退」方案，除了規定，就任新職需滿3年，才能提出申請退伍之外，還規定，如執意退伍，將限定僅能領「一退」，不能領「月退」。
