聲援消保官　消基會擬發動抵制健身中心

世界健身中心日前向高院提出預防性訴訟，主張消保官不得依消保法要求修改定型化契約，也不得開罰，消基會今開記者會聲援消保官。

消基會指出，2009年至今接獲世界健身申訴案142件，去年就45件，包含銷售人員不實告知契約內容、國內刷卡付費境外結帳不告知有手續費、解約條件嚴苛等，呼籲消保官另提不做為訴訟，並依消保法報請中央或消保會命其停止營業，另應修法加強消保法對業者的罰則，消基會也不排除發動消費者抵制。
