針對春節東部車票一票難求，交通部長毛治國今天表示，東部車票客滿，僅是在假期頭和尾，其他日期仍有零星空位，如2/8小年夜仍有數10張車票、2/7有數百張車票。

毛治國說，交通部已經規劃「計畫A、B、C」等3階段疏運作戰計畫，「A計畫」，將請台鐵再加開52班東部和南迴加班車，另加2班則是縣府的返鄉專列，52班加班車，將於2/1上午9點開賣；「B計畫」將請公路客運，將旅客載到羅東後，再轉乘火車到花蓮，若連「B計畫」都無法疏運完旅客，將啟動「C計畫」，由公路客運，一路從台北開到花蓮。

另外，國道預估大年初三最塞，毛治國宣示，春節北高6小時內可達。不過，去年一樣休9天，北高估需約7小時，高公局長曾大仁說，6小時是目標，今年將採取高強度的匝道儀控管制。
