國道大客車稽查　駕駛未繫安全帶吃罰單

春節返鄉車潮，新北市法制局消保官23日與國道警察到國道烏塗管制站進行大客車稽查，針對車子消防安全及車胎等進行檢查，在30輛大客車的稽查結果發現全數合格，但有7名客車司機未繫安全帶，已移請國道警察開罰。

消保官表示，本次查核主要針對大客車車輛安全管理，包括輪胎胎紋深度須在1.6公釐以上、有無使用再生胎、緊急出口是否標示清楚、可否順利開啟，有無設置車窗擊破裝置並清楚標示操作方法等。

經現場抽查30輛客運車及遊覽車均符合規定，但有7輛大客車之駕駛員因未繫安全帶，違反《道路交通管理處罰條例》第31條第2項規定，遭國道警察予以裁罰。
