隱匿禽流感疫情　李惠仁再告農委會官員

知名紀錄片導演李惠仁前年底告發農委會動植物防疫檢疫局長許天來、副局長黃國青等4人隱匿禽流感疫情，任由病毒在田間交換基因，並向世界動物衛生組織OIE謊報台灣禽流感疫情為「低致命性」，涉瀆職、偽造文書等罪，但北檢認為被告無過失，全案簽結。

李惠仁事後發現，他告發後，去年12月21日、今年1月4日及18日防檢局分別在苗栗造橋等地檢出3個鹼性氨基酸的禽流感病毒，件OIE標準應判定為高病原性禽流感，但農委會卻仍隱瞞疫情，向OIE通報低病原性禽流感，今再告發農委會主委陳保基、副主委王政騰等8人隱匿疫情，涉犯偽造文書、瀆職等罪。
