核四拼填燃料棒　謝長廷：生米煮熟飯逼你承認

民進黨前主席謝長廷，今天在主持的廣播節目中表示，台電要求核四廠員工日夜加班，經濟部也說「沒有核能發電，經濟成長有困難」，但是，只要燃料棒裝填運轉，要阻擋核四就困難。
 
謝長廷說，到時候就算2014公投通過，「也不知怎麼辦」，且運轉下去，也會影響公投，人民要否決時，會想「都已經運轉了，若阻止是浪費錢與造成危險」。
 
謝長廷說，「他們要造成既定事實」，「就是生米煮成熟飯，逼你承認，這不是光明正大」，謝強調，他支持要全力阻止燃料棒裝填，不是等造成既定事實後，再雙手一攤說「沒辦法」。
