養身協會宣稱排毒　遭衛生局開罰23萬

新北市三峽區全民養身發展協會業者被踢爆辦理排毒營，涉嫌非法排毒，昨天衛生局前往稽查，發現業者疑似有醫療行為，先開罰共23萬元，並將具體事證依《醫事法》移送新北地方法院地檢署後續偵辦。

衛生局表示，業者提供2天1夜養身活動，針對會員收費3千元，另有把脈及自製處方等，還用珊瑚粉調配給民眾使用，該局針對業者指有療效部份開出20萬元罰單，另珊瑚粉產品標示不全開出3萬元罰單。
