普悠瑪號尚未通過安全認證　明首發恐跳票

台鐵新車「普悠瑪號」原訂明天上午開出首班列車，但截至今天凌晨1時，普悠瑪號尚未獲得第三獨立驗證與認證（Independent Verification And Validation Facility，IV&V）單位所做的安全認證，若今天未拿到認證，普悠瑪號明天首發將跳票，很可能無法加入春節營運。

台鐵表示，普悠瑪號春節期間的車票已賣完，一旦認證未過關，將開放民眾退票且免收1成手續費，相關班次則改由自強號上陣。
