普悠瑪安全過關　明9：20準時首發

台鐵上午宣布悠瑪號列車已取得安全證明，明天準時首發，如期加入春節營運。

台鐵指出，普悠瑪號列車業已由立約商、IV&V驗證機構-勞氏公司及台鐵三方面會同辦理完成各項檢測，第三獨立驗證與認證（Independent Verification And Validation Facility，IV&V）公司已於台灣時間今天上午10時確認核發認證營運安全文件，台鐵並公布日本車輛製造株式會社所核發認證營運安全文件。

普悠瑪號明天正式投入營運，首班車由樹林開往花蓮，上午9時20分開車。
