男食道罕見長瘤　吞不下飯引氣喘

南投縣54歲游姓男子近2、3年來有吞嚥困難問題不以為意，吃不下飯就改吃茶泡飯，去年3月出現呼吸急促、脹氣等症狀，心臟像被壓住到診所看診、吃藥也沒有起色，一度因為背部劇痛，到坊間國術館貼膏藥，受盡折磨後才到慈濟台中醫院檢查發現食道部位長出腫瘤壓迫食道、影響到心肺伸展空間，開刀取出像一顆心臟腫瘤，再進行近10個月的標靶藥物治療，復原情況良好。

慈濟醫院胸腔外科主任吳政元表示，患者長的是一罕見的胃腸道基質瘤，台灣每百萬人約有20人會罹患，多半長在胃部，長在食道的病患不到百分之5，又能長大到10公分以上，更是少見，只能說患者實在太會忍了。
