創世基金會今天席開2000桌，請清寒人士、街友、獨居長輩、清寒單媽等弱勢團體吃尾牙，副總統吳敦義、台北市長郝龍斌今天都到場發紅包。吳敦義對著弱勢發紅包時，卻尷尬遇上嗆聲場面。

就在吳敦義發紅包給弱勢民眾時，一名媽媽衝上前，對著吳敦義嗆失業沒工作，遭警方強行架走。
