拿性愛光碟勒索前女友　賤男起訴

男子康家豪（30歲）前年7月與黃姓女友視訊網愛，將女友視訊裸體側錄，去年2月兩人分手後，康男將該段影片寄給女友，要求復合未果。

去年7月至9月間，康男變本加厲，心想不復合也沒關係，恐嚇黃女要花20萬贖回光碟，否則就要寄給她父母，黃女驚恐向父親求助，黃父斡旋，康得寸進尺將價碼抬高至30萬元，並約定2人在高鐵左營站的摩斯漢堡一手交錢一手交貨，最後康男出面時，經埋伏警察逮捕，高雄地檢署偵查後將這名惡情人依恐嚇取財未遂、妨害秘密等罪起訴。
