肉身穿鉤吊起體驗痛苦　英藝術家籲別吃魚翅

為喚起更多民眾拒吃魚翅的意識，台灣護鯊行動組織(NGO)今天舉行「Shark Savers護鯊行動」，由藝人路嘉怡擔任主持人，邀請從英國來台的藝術表演家Alice Newstead，表演背部肌肉被兩支鐵勾穿過後懸空吊起，象徵親身體驗鯊魚被魚勾勾住時痛苦。
 
Alice做這個表演已經5次，背部已形成2個洞，他說，吊起時還是會感到痛苦，但若能讓民眾了解，鯊魚被捕時也遭遇相同的痛苦，且吃魚翅會造成鯊魚滅絕，受點苦仍是很有意義。
